Group B is where your opportunity to increase sales volume comes into play.
If the first group is your “business continuity” plan, then group B is where you will find opportunities to sell more of your products and/or services once the economy begins to return to it’s “new normal.”
Focusing on how you can best serve and support group B provides you with the insights into where you will need to take your business in the coming months and years, without however ignoring your customers in group A.
