The Realistic Approach to Employee Improvement

While conversing with a colleague last week, he mentioned that he thought my forthcoming book “Operational Empowerment” hit the nail on the head as it pertains to what organizations are missing today in their quest to become more competitive and profitable.

When I asked him to explain further he went on to share that in his experience most CEOs and executives today are driven, often by shareholders and investors, to deliver results and instilling a commitment to continuous improvement in the hearts and minds of employees just takes too long.
