Empowerment is a key strategy of today’s leaders. Why? Because today’s employees have the highest levels of education to ever enter the workforce. More importantly they are trained through their education to expect to be empowered.

Are you evolving your working environment to accommodate this expectation? If not then you may be missing out on a significant competitive advantage.

Your people.

The needs of today’s younger generations (the desire to be an individual, share their ideas and be heard) require a different approach to leadership. Employee demands for autonomy and the authority to take action are no longer a “nice to have” but a necessity.

Empowerment is the new norm.
