Shawn’s High-Performance Sales Coaching
Coaching for sales performance means that every individual I work with receives a customized program and my support to help them overcome the skills, barriers, and challenges holding them back.
Our sales coaching model and sales coaching tools have helped our clients with the following:
- Support in developing a corporate sales growth strategy.
- Consistently achieving new sales targets.
- Successfully entering a new and unfamiliar market or territory.
- Strengthening sales leadership capabilities and sales team performance.
- Improving the application of specific sales skills.
We’ll set your sales targets and work together to achieve them through one-on-one bi-weekly calls for six months. You will have full access to me by email, Zoom, and phone during regular business hours. In addition, you’ll work on specific assignments to ensure you meet your objectives and have recordings of our calls to support your development further.

Shawn’s Sales Mentorship
Our sales mentorship program is different than sales coaching. Mentorship means we are here when you need us, answering your questions and providing advice, guidance, and counsel as needed.
This program is excellent if you want a less intensive option than our sales coaching. We can work on priorities that matter to you, which can include:
- Support in executing your sales strategy or pursuing your sales targets.
- Ideas on how to free up your time to focus on your sales objectives.
- Focus on overcoming the obstacles holding you back from achieving your sales goals or targets.
- Introduce methods to grow your sales or enter new markets or territories.
- Pick my brain on a particular project or client that you need to resolve.
This six-month program includes two copies of any book from my bookstore, with access during regular business hours.

Support for Sales Teams
Concierge Sales Advisor
Provide strategic sales advice, a fresh source of ideas or perspective, and support to ensure accountability. As your Sales Concierge Advisor, you will have full access to my expertise and experience when you or your team needs it for the most significant impact.
The engagement is usually for six months, with weekend or evening work included if required, with unrestricted access to me by email, Zoom, and phone. This also includes two in-person meetings during the year with a half-day of coaching on a mutually convenient date.

Quarterly “Sell More” Sales Insights
I’m providing four (4) one-hour virtual workshops on selling in today’s economy, including “what’s working now” strategies, predictions for what’s to come, and how sales professionals can become top performers. Sessions begin on May 29th and will be recorded and shared if you cannot attend.
In addition, you will have the chance to ask “live” questions during these sessions.
