When I look at my clients, and visit with CEOs and executives of all different types of companies, it strikes me that a lot of sales teams within organizations are focused on the management level (those who have authority) or the executive level (those who have budget), but they’re not so focused on an important third level: the employees.
This third level, the employees, is often overlooked or missed entirely.
If you want to consistently grow your business within your existing customer base, you need to focus on all three levels, specifically the employees.
