I was speaking with a prospective client the other day relative to how to increase customer satisfaction. From my experience there are three elements that must be addressed in unison if you are to maximize customer value, increase retention and build profits. I have captured these elements in the diagram below.
Now the question remains, how are you maximizing customer satisfaction?
