With the original edition having been around for over a decade now, recent updates were much needed, but now make this book a must have reference guide for any leader today who must manage a multi-generational workforce. Not only do the recent updates provide additional context around the various generations in today’s workforce, it also addresses differences in generations across various cultures.

A valuable resource, this novel is not only based on the author’s research and opinions, but includes several interviews with recognized CEO’s, as well as individuals from various generations.
