This is a topic that I think is relevant to all CEOs, Business Executive and Leaders: that patience is NOT a virtue.
Now, I’m coming at this from a certain direction – specific to leadership.
And I’m not saying that when you’re talking to a customer, or an employee, that you shouldn’t demonstrate some patience. You don’t want to come off as rude, after all.
But when it comes to business, you want to make absolutely sure that you are not so patient — because patient means slow.
