Technology Can Kill Productivity

If you’ve been researching tools to support your journey towards Operational Excellence, there is no doubt in my mind that you’ve come across various technologies that suggest they are the key component to achieving Operational Excellence.

This is false advertising at it’s best.

In reality an operation of any kind can be broken down into People and Process, as follows:

People includes the leadership philosophy, employee culture and engagement.

Process includes the policies, methods and means by with operational activities are achieved.

In this brief video I outline the role in which technology plays in Operational Excellence, plain and simple.

At the end of the day, businesses survive, thrive or dive all on account of their People and Processes. Having the right perspective on how to optimize these resources, supported by technology will place you light years ahead of your competition.
